These Terms govern your use of Unsave, operated by Eshaan Singh ("Unsave", "we", "us"). By using Unsave you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Unsave is a personal note-taking tool. When you choose to save a short video you already have access to, we use AI to turn it into a structured text note in your private library, which you can search and ask questions across. You are buying access to this software tool — not any video or other content.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Unsave. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
Notes are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Unsave does not guarantee the accuracy of any note and is not a substitute for the original source or professional advice. Do not rely on a note for any important decision without verifying it.
You may only use Unsave with content you have the lawful right to access. Unsave generates notes for your personal, non-commercial use and does not host, re-publish, or redistribute the source videos. You are responsible for how you use the notes you create. You retain your notes; you grant us the limited licence needed to store and process them to provide the service to you.
We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content processed through Unsave infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to [email protected] with: (a) your contact details; (b) identification of the work; (c) the material to be removed and where it is; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorised to act. We will remove infringing material promptly and terminate repeat infringers.
Do not misuse Unsave: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service, and no use that infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that notes will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unsave and Eshaan Singh will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in India, conducted in English by a sole arbitrator. You and Unsave agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and waive any right to participate in a class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual-property or unauthorised-use claims.
You may stop using Unsave at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves; we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide more prominent notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
